Matchtight was formed to assist sports and sports organisations in building their media profile whilst delivering an appropriate service to journalists, photographers and broadcasters.

We have extensive experience of major single-sport events and multi-sports Games.

Caroline Searle, who founded the company in 1992, and Bryn Vaile MBE, an Olympic sailing gold medallist, are the company’s directors.

Matchtight works comfortably with all elements of the “mix” in sport and business including athletes, coaches, team managers, event directors/managers, sponsors, press officers and the media.

We work both strategically and through hands-on delivery and take pride in achieving success to deadline and within budget.
